IMPORTANT DIVING INFORMATION
Spanish Law requires all divers in Spain have a completed a Self Declaration Medical Form before diving.
Download your Self Declaration Medical Form here.
If you do have any of the medical conditions listed, signed clearance from a doctor will be required.
You will need to complete this and hand it to the dive centre or dive guide before diving.
